Writing from the email address on your account helps us find it faster. Never send your password.

Account access

Sign in with the email address and password you registered with, or continue with Google if that is how you created your account. New accounts confirm a verification code sent by email before the first sign-in.

If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to have a reset link sent to your email. If you no longer have access to the email on your account, write to us.

Profile management

Open your profile and choose Edit to change your name, age, bio, photos, goals, interest areas, availability, or preferred distance.

Your profile photos are what other members see. The verification selfie you send when you join is private, is used only to confirm you are a real person, and is never shown to anyone else.

Matching and messaging

Discover shows members who share the interest areas you select, and you can change those filters at the top of the screen.

From a profile you can Pass, send a First Impression (a short intro, up to 250 characters), or send a Match request. Requests you send appear under Sent in Matches until the other member accepts; once accepted, you both appear under Connected, where the conversation opens in Chat.

Reporting and blocking

Community posts, messages and profiles each have a Report option. Choose the reason that fits and add any details that help. Reports are seen by our moderation team only, and the other member is not told who reported them.

To stop contact with someone, block them from their profile or from Account Settings under Blocked Members. A block works both ways: neither of you can reach the other or appear in the other’s discovery, and you can unblock the member later from the same place.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Account Settings under Danger Zone. Your profile and the records linked to it are removed, your conversations are closed, and the photos you uploaded are placed on a removal list that is tracked until our storage provider confirms they are gone.

The account deletion page explains what is deleted and what is kept, and it also works without signing in.
