Welcome to Goalstie ("we," "us," "our," or the "Service"). Goalstie is a platform that helps people connect with others who share their goals and interests. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you ("you," "user," or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Goalstie. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We do NOT conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or any other screening on users. We make no representations about the character, identity, safety, or intentions of any user. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether and how to interact with other users, and you use the Service at your own risk.
Goalstie may facilitate connections that lead to in-person meetings, including but not limited to fitness activities, social meetups, and dates. Any decision to meet another user in person is yours alone.
YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with meeting other users in person, including the risk of physical injury, illness, theft, harassment, assault, or any other harm. You agree to take reasonable safety precautions, such as meeting in public places, informing someone you trust of your plans, and arranging your own transportation.
Goalstie is not a dating service and does not guarantee romantic or any other type of relationship outcome. We do not screen users for compatibility, safety, or intent. Any romantic, dating, or relationship that develops through the Service is solely between you and the other user. We are not a party to any such relationship and have no responsibility for conduct between users.
Goalstie is built around sharing goals and ideas. Any information, goals, concepts, plans, or ideas ("Ideas") you share on the Service — whether in your profile, messages, or otherwise — may be seen by other users.
You acknowledge that sharing Ideas through the Service does not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship between you and Goalstie or between you and other users. Goalstie is not liable for any use, adoption, or alleged misappropriation of your Ideas by other users. If your Ideas are sensitive or proprietary, do not share them on the Service.
You retain ownership of your Ideas. By posting content on the Service, you grant Goalstie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY MATCH OR CONNECTION WILL BE SUITABLE OR SAFE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOALSTIE, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR LOSS OF IDEAS OR OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree that any claim arising from the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goalstie, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
